The first session focused on motivational hooks (mystery bag, riddles or simple questions, quick actions "Stand up if you/ Clap if you...", polls or agree/disagree corners, memes or short reel clips, provocative statements, short visual guessing games, emoji stories, "Two truths and a lie"), brain breaks (animal moves, quick "Would you rather...?", desk yoga or stretches, brain teaser mini challenges) and metacognitive activities (emoji check-in, think aloud, reflection sentence starter, prediction pause, strategy sharing, playlist your learning, Instagram story reflection, emoji mapping, easy questions to promote reflection).
The second session focused on challenges in multilevel classes (extra support for ones/more challenge for others), learner autonomy strategies "One task, different challenges" 3 options of instructions to the same task, assigning temporary experts, homework as a choice board (creating routines so that learners continue learning without a teacher: they know the next step, different sources of support, learners have guided choice) and adapting activities to different learners' needs.
